In conclusion, a compliant passport photo is simple with this guide. Ensure it's recent, clear, shows your full face with visible ears, no hats, and taken within the last 6 months for Tanzania eVisa success. For baby photos, use a white background, natural light, and patience. Follow these tips for a smooth visa experience.
1. Can I wear a hat in my Tanzania eVisa photo? Hats are not allowed unless for religious or medical reasons. A doctor's note is needed for medical exemptions.
2. My baby won't stay still! How can I capture a good passport photo? Be patient. Take multiple photos using natural light and a white background. Positioning your baby in their car seat can help.
3. My child is older but still squirms. Any tips? Capture a neutral expression during playtime or naptime. A slight smile is fine, but avoid crying or laughing. Take multiple shots for the best chance.
4. What if my current passport photo has a beard, but I'm now clean-shaven? If your facial features are still recognizable, a minor change like a beard is fine. A new photo is recommended for significant changes in appearance.
5. Do I need to print a copy of my photo for the eVisa application? A digital copy is sufficient, but it's wise to print a spare photo for backup, especially when travelling.
