Document quality
Passport scans should be sharp, complete and not cut off. Avoid shadows, glare, fingers over the document or blurred phone images.
Your application name should match the passport exactly. Do not shorten names, change order or use nicknames.
Upload files in the requested format. Avoid HEIC phone images, Word documents, screenshots or files that cannot be opened clearly.
Travel dates on the application should match flight bookings, hotel reservations, invitation letters and intended arrival information.
If your trip is business, study, volunteer or transit, prepare evidence that supports that purpose instead of using generic tourism details.
